Em 2021 foram capacitados 275 servidores de Instituições Públicas do Distrito Federal e de outros estados
A Controladoria-Geral do Distrito Federal (CGDF) realizou na semana de (29/11 a 3/12) a última turma de capacitação de 2021 sobre gestão de riscos e programas de integridade. O treinamento, oferecido pela Subcontroladoria de Controle Interno (SUBCI/CGDF) a nove Unidades Orgânicas do DF, contou com aproximadamente 40 servidores e/ou empregados e foi realizado no formato de oficina, com 12 horas de duração, por meio de videoconferência.
As capacitações visam orientar os servidores dos órgãos interessados com conteúdo teórico-prático do tema “Gestão de Riscos e Integridade”, fundamentado no padrão internacional ISO 31000:2018, objetivando habilitá-los para a realização da implantação da Gestão de Riscos Corporativos e do Programa de Integridade.
O modelo de apoio prestado pela CGDF encontra previsão em seu Regimento Interno (Decreto nº 39.824/2019) e no Decreto Distrital nº 39.736/2019, que dispõe sobre a Política de Governança Pública e Compliance no âmbito da Administração Direta, Autárquica e Fundacional do Poder Executivo do Distrito Federal.
Entre os benefícios esperados estão a redução das incertezas dos gestores na tomada de decisão, a melhoria do embasamento das decisões tomadas frente as alternativas existentes, a integração da gestão de riscos como elemento-chave da responsabilidade gerencial, de modo a promover a integridade e prevenir a improbidade, os desvios e a corrupção, além do aumento da credibilidade das Unidades Orgânicas da Administração Pública do Distrito Federal.
Capacitações
A atividade, desenvolvida pelo corpo técnico da SUBCI desde 2016, já capacitou mais de 1.400 servidores e/ou empregados públicos das mais diversas Unidades Orgânicas do Distrito Federal em 55 turmas. Em 2021, foram 275 servidores capacitados em 8 turmas que utilizaram o modelo de videoconferência, que se mostrou apropriado para a capacitação a distância. Neste ano, houve um aumento de 30% do número de servidores capacitados em relação a 2020.
Além das dezoito Unidades do DF que receberam a capacitação em 2021, a CGDF também capacitou servidores da Controladoria-Geral do Estado de Pernambuco e da Controladoria-Geral do Município de Goiânia.
